As one of Spatz' managed properties, we offer our legal services accordingly. Spatz Centers has a legal department that can provide you with all basic real estate oriented legal negotiations. Most common obviously, is the lease negotiation and tenant evictions. We handle all tenant lease negotiations in-house and prefer to supervise all tenant evictions, using local legal firms.
